JMJ has a CNC Studding which is fully automated with an auto feeder and is capable of welding a variety of studs every two seconds, holding a tolerance of + or - 0.15mm.
This is an ideal process for front panel work in mild steel and stainless steel, where no weld discolouration is acceptable on the front face. It is therefore ideal for any products using a high volume of studs.
The maximum working area is 500mm x 450mm
