Combination Punch/Laser Cutting
The production of components with high-quality edge finishes and economical use of the laser combined with a punching head are some of the reasons for adopting Combination technology. Set-up times are minimal whilst control and programming techniques take care of a smooth production process from drawing to finished part.
Other than Laser cutting and punching the machines technology is vast, we are able to form, tap, countersink, multi-bend, roller beading, stamping, de-burr with out extra handling and adding extra operations to cover these processes.
With a stroke rate of 600 1/min, these machines are capable of holding positional tolerances + or – 0.1 repeatability + or – 0.03.

The Combination machine is a multi-function tool. Its strength lies in its ability to machine a range of materials in thin metals. Parts geometry may be constructed simply or in a more complex manner. Combining punch with laser beam completes everything ready for assembly.
The (5.0kw machine) has a maximum working capacity of 1250mm x 2500mm.
